PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES HOLIDAY DINNER MENUS
2011 / 2012

So you want to go someplace extra special for the holidays, but don't want to miss out on those wonderful holiday meals? Your worries are over! There's no need to leave the grounds of our cozy cottage resort to enjoy the holidays in all their visual or culinary splendor. Under the direction of our own exclusive Executive Chef Aunt Carol and First Mates Alene, Kathy, Ashley and Annette, our crackerjack crew is preparing scrumptious holiday dinners without peer anywhere in
(or out of) the North Country! These special fireside dinners are complemented with organically grown herbs and vegetables from our own heirloom gardens, with foods that would have been grown here in the days of the
Prospect House 130 years ago.

Between our Heavenly Holiday Dinners and our Famous Hot & Cold Adirondack Brunch each morning
(which you'll already be enjoying, on the house as always) we guarantee you won't go hungry any time soon!

Come join us for any or all of the holidays below, and celebrate the occasion
with a meal so memorable and fellowship so fabulous your friends will be fairly fainting with envy!
(Or just bring them along and spare them the pain of missin' out. Who needs all that drama anyway?)

PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES
ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY

Saturday December 17, 2011:
from 4 - 9 PM (or whenever)!

Our Holiday Party is absolutely free with your stay! Just come hungry, and join us and our friends from around Blue Mountain Lake. You'll meet some wonderful people, and celebrate the joy of the season like never before - we guarantee it. Again, there is no charge whatsoever for this event outside the usual cottage rental. Our only motive is to engender a great time for all of us to enjoy. It's the holidays! Just bring a smile.

What's on the menu?
Mountains of home-cooked foods, orgies of deserts . . .
As always at Prospect Point, this is an all-you-can-eat event!
